She is the daughter of Brenda K.Starr, a famous Salsa and Freestyle Singer, and granddaughter of Harvey Kaplan, an organist and founder of the famous 60s group, “The Spiral Staircase”. As a child in the music scene, Tori’s passion for music, modeling and acting began as her mothers protégé. She’s not your average model type. Her mother is Puerto Rican, Hawaiian, Israeli and her father is Portuguese and Brazilian. Tori’s striking beauty and pizzazz sets her apart.
